Business Operations Associate

About the role:

• Serve as a strategic partner across the business, driving data-driven decision-making and scaling analytical capabilities.
• Drive cross-functional analyses with meaningful business impact and partner with Data to ensure insights are widely accessible.

What you will do:

• Investigate and solve complex business problems, such as improving provider utilization and patient conversion, through structured analyses.
• Lead high-priority operational initiatives from problem definition through implementation, measurement, and refinement.
• Build reporting infrastructure and dashboards to create consistent sources of truth across teams.

About you:

• 4–6 years of experience in a highly analytical role, preferably in healthcare operations or consulting.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to structure ambiguous questions and thrive in a fast-paced startup environment.
• Experience with BI tools like Sigma Computing and Snowflake; SQL familiarity is a plus.
