Strategic Operations Associate

Accountabilities:

• Own strategic projects from diagnosis through execution, using analytical insights to improve business performance.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Product, Finance, and other teams to drive initiatives forward.
• Build dashboards, reporting frameworks, and repeatable processes to monitor KPIs.

Requirements:

• 3–5+ years of experience in a fast-paced, analytically rigorous environment like management consulting, investment banking, or high-growth tech.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and develop clear business recommendations.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience with data analysis tools; SQL is a plus.
