Senior Director, Risk Stratification

Primary Duties:

• Own strategy and execution for field, practice, and end user go-to-market efforts for all Risk Stratification program- and product-related efforts.
• Own partnerships with strategic practice partner leadership, payer partners, and vendors to advance complete and accurate diagnosis documentation.
• Direct other Transformation team members’ ideation and execution of risk stratification, EHR Overlay, and other strategic initiatives.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Business, Healthcare, or related field.
• 10+ years of progressive professional experience, or 7+ with a Master’s Degree.
• 4+ years of experience in value-based care and initiatives directly related to risk adjustment or risk stratification.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced exploration of emerging AI tools with demonstrated ability building, scaling, or teaching AI tooling.
• Expert Excel and Advanced PPT skills including storyboarding and translating complex analyses into engaging slides.
• Excellent project management, strategic planning, and communication skills in healthcare operations settings.
