About the role:
- The Manager, Risk Adjustment (RA), Provider Partnerships leads strategy and execution of provider-facing RA initiatives.
- You will own cross-functional program delivery across Risk Adjustment, Network, Market, Data Science, and external provider partners.
- You will report into the Director, Risk Adjustment Prospective and Planning.
Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end strategy, implementation, and ongoing management of the RA Provider Partnerships program.
- Partner with Network, Market, Legal/Contracting, and Data Science teams to incorporate RA requirements into provider agreements.
- Analyze provider performance and develop targeted improvement plans.
Requirements:
- 4+ years experience in program management, strategic planning, provider partnerships, or health-plan operations.
- Demonstrated experience leading complex, cross-functional programs.
- Strong stakeholder-management and communication skills.
