Role Overview:
- Central architect for product Go-To-Market execution, bridging technical development and clinical application.
- Quarterback the end-to-end launch lifecycle for assigned product and program portfolios.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to track technology releases and align messaging.
- Build enablement materials: training slides, newsletters, email templates, Pendo guides, Zendesk articles.
- Manage practice recruitment and beta testing to de-risk releases.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 5+ years in customer success, product operations, or related.
- Healthcare experience with primary care workflows and value-based care.
- Willingness to learn and use AI tools for workflow automation.
