Role Overview:
- Execute and scale AI-enabled cardiovascular care programs across Clinical, Product, and Care Delivery.
- Report to the Director of Program Operations Infrastructure and create structure in ambiguous environments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage program timelines, deliverables, and status for active care contracts.
- Build and maintain SOPs, playbooks, and training materials that teams actually use.
- Partner with Product and Engineering to integrate AI tools and reduce manual burden.
Requirements:
- 4-8 years in healthcare operations or program management, with value-based care preferred.
- Strong process documentation and analytical skills; use metrics to track progress.
- Clear communicator who keeps stakeholders aligned and is passionate about cardiology outcomes.
