Responsibilities:
- Complete all customer setup forms and implementation documentation accurately and on time.
- Drive new member enrollment through launch readiness, clinic training, and early adoption support.
- Serve as day-to-day contact and monitor account health to resolve issues proactively.
Qualifications:
- 3+ years in customer success, client implementation, or technical account support, preferably in health tech.
- Experience managing multiple accounts and working with client IT teams on integrations.
- Strong written communication and documentation skills.

- Ownership and proactive problem-solving to spot patterns and propose process fixes.
Compensation & Culture:
- Salary range $85,000 - $100,000 plus bonus, equity, and benefits.
