Client Account Manager

Role Overview:

• This is a ground-floor client services role owning relationships for Curated, our physician engagement platform.
• You'll be the bridge between clients and internal operations, defining the playbook as the business scales.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the full lifecycle of client engagements from intake through delivery across multiple industries.
• Partner with internal teams to ensure consistent, high-quality execution and proactive communication.
• Build repeatable processes, templates, and tooling to scale the client experience.

Who You Are:

• You have 5+ years in account management or client success in a complex B2B environment.
• You're proactive, resourceful, and energized by creating structure where none exists.
• You have strong project management, CRM, and communication skills.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Base salary range is $95,000 - $115,000, depending on experience and location.
