About the Role:
- Serve as subject matter expert for health plan partners from implementation through ongoing value delivery.
- Manage day-to-day program delivery, reporting, and analytics while building strong relationships.
- Drive renewals, expansion, and growth in partnership with internal teams.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree and 3-5 years of experience in mental health or managed care.
- Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships and deliver against aggressive timelines.
- Strong analytical skills to generate KPIs and insights for internal and external stakeholders.
