Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary client contact and trusted advisor for client operational representatives.
- Collaborate with the Go-To-Market team on client strategic plans and lead tactical execution.
- Monitor program performance, analyze reports, and provide insights on trends for client consumption.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or higher, or equivalent experience, with healthcare background.
- 4+ years of client relationship management or consulting in healthcare settings.
- Proficient in MS Office Suite and excellent communication and presentation skills.
What We Offer:
- Competitive salary range of $82,000 to $111,000 per year.
- Comprehensive benefits including medical, dental, vision, 401(k), and paid family leave.
