Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day health plan relationships, program commitments, and client communications.
- Coordinate onboarding and ongoing delivery with clinical, outreach, scheduling, operations, and data teams.
- Monitor service levels, volumes, quality, and deadlines; resolve issues before escalation.
- Lead clear, useful business reviews with performance insights and action plans.
Requirements:
- Relevant healthcare account management or client services experience, ideally 5+ years.
- Direct experience with Medicare/Medicaid programs.
- Knowledge of risk adjustment, HEDIS, and care-gap closure.
- Strong follow-through and ability to translate reports into recommendations.
- Proficiency with Excel or comparable tools.
Compensation:
- Annual base salary range: $120,000–$140,000.
- Remote position with travel up to 10%.
