About the Role:
- We’re looking for an Account Executive to join our Client Services team and support the delivery of engaging, high-quality medical communications programs.
- You’ll work alongside experienced colleagues and cross-functional teams, building your project management and client relationship skills.
- This role can be performed remotely and reports to a senior member of the Client Services team.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Support the day-to-day delivery of client projects, including timelines, status reports, and documentation.
- Build positive relationships with clients and provide responsive, organized project support.
- Track project progress, budgets, and deliverables, escalating potential issues when needed.
About You:
- Bachelor’s degree required; life sciences or related field preferred.
- 2+ years of relevant project or account management experience, ideally in medical communications, healthcare, or pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills with a collaborative, detail-oriented approach.
