We are seeking a technically adept customer success professional to support NielsenIQ’s Consumer Panel Data Extracts and Data Feed Practice. This role will own the client relationship of all active aggregated and disaggregated consumer panel data feed / extract customers. This is a client facing role, with the goal of maximizing client health, creating success stories / ROI case studies, and leading the renewal process.
