The ideal candidate will be a healthcare sales consultant experienced in working with hospital CEOs, Vice Presidents and Director-level healthcare executives. This role involves managing efforts in a multistate territory, scheduling webinars and meetings with prospective clients, traveling within the region, and building relationships with hospital administrators. The candidate must be committed, trustworthy, and able to improve continuously.
Advise physician candidates and clients by sourcing and screening physicians via phone calls and emails, emphasizing opportunity features, quoting salary, and preparing candidates for interview, while effectively presenting opportunity information and responding to questions. The consultant will drive Physician Marketing campaign efforts, manage the recruiting process, investigate and resolve client concerns, consulting with clients throughout the recruiting process, providing consistent communication, feedback and reports.
