Role Overview:

  • Spend 90% of time on factory floor coaching teams to win using the Redzone platform.
  • Manage 5-6 customer accounts simultaneously across 4-week physical onsite deployments.
  • Work remotely in EMEA with ~90% travel (Monday–Friday, minimum 42 weeks/year).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive behavior change by coaching frontline operators, supervisors, and plant managers in Lean and Operational Excellence.
  • Execute onsite deployments and manage multiple high-stakes, fast-paced transformation cycles.
  • Facilitate Kaizen events and Lean rituals, coaching teams on Six Sigma, TPM, and other frameworks.

What We're Looking For:

  • Substantial hands-on experience as a Plant Manager, Production Manager, or Continuous Improvement Leader.
  • Deep domain expertise in manufacturing, especially Food & Beverage, CPG, or Automotive.
  • Willingness to sustain ~90% travel and full professional fluency in English.
