About The Role:
- Role to drive process standardization and continuous improvement across European network.
- Responsible for warehouse standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Turn data-driven insights into tangible cost savings and service improvements.
How you will achieve success in this role:
- Conduct regular, structured audits at each FC site to assess SOP compliance.
- Drive labor efficiency, space utilization, and process waste reduction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with 3PL partners, Technology, and Transportation teams to align processes.
What experiences will help you in this role:
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in warehouse operations, fulfilment, or supply chain.
- Demonstrated expertise in process design, SOP writing, and operational auditing.
- Deep understanding of core warehouse operations (inbound, outbound, returns, VAS).
