As Design Lead, you will own the UX and visual direction of BEx, simplifying complex workflows and driving intuitive engagement for hundreds of vendor partners. This is a cross-functional leadership role with high visibility, real business impact, and room to shape a best-in-class platform experience from the ground up.

Own and operate our advanced and proprietary experimentation engines, roadmaps, and methodologies for advertising and content. This role will report directly to our Chief Marketing Officer and will be the SME for marketing experimentation across our company.
