• Develop medium to large websites, console applications, and RESTful APIs using ASP.NET, C#, and JavaScript within the Microsoft stack.
• Contribute to an agile project team and mentor other developers through pairing, design discussions, and code reviews.
• Build and maintain internal tools, use AI-assisted development tools, and deploy software to Microsoft Azure.

• Build and ship features for the FC App, including management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster/labor tracking, and operational workflows.
• Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for FC operations using AI-assisted development tools like Cursor, Claude Code, AWS Bedrock, and n8n.
• Partner with FC leadership and operators to identify operational pain points, integrate data sources, and drive automation solutions through adoption.
