Role Overview:
- We're seeking an RPA & AI Automation Engineer to build and ship solutions that directly impact our fulfillment centers.
- You'll work with FC leaders and operators, leveraging cutting-edge AI tools to solve problems traditional technology can't.
Key Responsibilities:
- Build and ship features for the FC App, including management dashboards, shift planning, slotting, roster/labor tracking, and operational workflows.
- Design and deploy AI-powered solutions and agents for FC operations with appropriate evals, guardrails, and observability.
- Partner with FC leadership to prioritize the automation backlog and integrate data sources like Dayforce and S&OP forecasts.
What We're Looking For:
- Full-stack development skills in Python, SQL, and JavaScript/TypeScript, with the ability to integrate systems and APIs.
- Experience with AI-assisted and agentic development, including LLMs, prompt engineering, and orchestration tools like n8n.
- A self-motivated builder comfortable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment; fulfillment or e-commerce experience is a plus.
