About the Role:
- Full-time contractor remote role delivered from Latin America into a North American client team.
- Work as part of the client's squad under AspenView Delivery Leadership.
- Expected to set early-market Agentforce patterns rather than wait for them.
What You Will Do:
- Build agents in Agentforce Agent Builder and define topics and boundaries.
- Ground agents in Data 360 and retrieval sources so answers are data-driven.
- Instrument agents for observability and analyze live transcripts for improvements.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years in software or data engineering with LLM-backed production apps.
- Hands-on experience with prompt engineering and systematic testing.
- Professional English to run design conversations with North American stakeholders.
