About the role:
- At Cresta, the AI Agent team is on a mission to create state-of-the-art AI Agents that solve practical problems for customers.
- As a Forward Deployed Engineer, you'll work closely with customers and internal teams to ensure high-impact AI Agent deployments.
What You'll Do:
- Develop and optimize AI agents using Cresta's platform, including fine-tuning prompts and configurations.
- Integrate AI agents with external systems and lead demos and proof-of-concepts for prospective customers.
- Define project milestones and coordinate execution with internal teams to deliver on time.
What We're Looking For:
- 3+ years of software development, AI/ML engineering, or forward deployed engineering experience.
- Proficiency in Python and Golang, with familiarity of LLMs, prompt engineering, and AI agent frameworks.
- Strong communication and project management skills with a data-driven approach to solution refinement.
