Own the sprint cadence and backlog for core banking conversion workstreams in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps. Facilitate agile ceremonies, manage RAID logs, and track dependencies across the institution, core vendor, and third parties. Report status to steering committees, flag risks early, and drive go/no-go readiness through cutover weekends.
