Role Overview:
- Own test plans for conversion workstreams, from data validation to regression.
- Support U.S. advisory firm core conversions for community banks and credit unions.
What You Will Do:
- Perform SQL-driven data validation and reconciliation between legacy and target cores.
- Design functional, integration, and regression tests; triage defects and retest fixes.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years in QA with strong SQL and data migration testing experience.
- Professional English (B2+), plus Jira or Azure DevOps for defect management.
