The Senior QA Engineer ensures the quality, reliability, and compliance of Intelerad's medical imaging software products through testing methodologies, leads quality efforts within the R&D team, providing technical guidance to mid-level and junior QA engineers, and collaborates with software engineers, application specialists, and product managers to ensure comprehensive test coverage and system stability across releases.

• Create comprehensive test plans before feature development to define testing strategies.

• Support manual and automated testing efforts ensuring the stability, reliability, and quality of Lens Desktop.

• Foster collaboration across Product, Development, and QA, impacting the stability and user experience of Lens Desktop.

As a Senior QA Analyst, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of Intelerad's medical imaging software solutions. You will lead thorough testing initiatives, mentor junior team members, and collaborate closely with development teams to deliver exceptional products that meet the highest standards in health technology. You will design and execute advanced test strategies and plans for complex software systems in the healthcare field, ensuring compliance with FDA regulations, HIPAA requirements, and other industry standards. You will automate testing processes using industry-standard tools and frameworks to improve efficiency, reduce manual testing efforts, and ensure consistent quality across multiple release cycles.

Ensure the quality of deliverables throughout the software development lifecycle. Create automated tests and improve code testability. Collaborate closely with the Engineering team to ensure product reliability.

Own the QA strategy for data pipelines, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and reliability of healthcare and operational data. Maintain comprehensive documentation of data models, lineage, and critical fields in core tools like Snowflake, dbt, and Tableau. Identify and validate data integrity issues across key sources such as claims, EMR, client files, and internal systems, assess impact, and coordinate resolution with cross-functional teams.

Design and implement test strategies to ensure high-quality software delivery. Develop and maintain test cases and automated/manual test scripts. Identify, document, and track software defects, ensuring timely resolution.

Review and audit annotator evaluations of AI-generated R code. Assess if the R code follows the prompt instructions, is functionally correct, and secure. Validate code snippets using proof-of-work methodology.
