Middle QA Specialist

As a Middle QA Specialist, you will execute comprehensive quality assurance operations across the entire web product lifecycle — from pre-development validation to post-production monitoring — with military-grade precision and systematic efficiency. You will own customer support ticket backlog, analyzing patterns, and feeding critical insights back to the product team for immediate resolution. You will track, prioritize, and manage bug backlogs with obsessive attention to detail, perform pixel-perfect visual testing, and monitor live product performance, escalating critical issues within minutes of occurrence. You'll also validate Mixpanel events, ensuring tracking accuracy, work directly with Product Owner, Dev, and Data teams, and maintain detailed test documentation.
