Manual QA Engineer (Backend)

We're looking for a mid-level Manual QA Engineer (Backend) with a detail-oriented, quality-first mindset. In this role, you’ll join a fast-evolving, technically complex product at an exciting stage of growth — working on features from the earliest development phases and shaping testing processes side by side with our QA Tech Lead. You’ll have the opportunity to dive deep into functional, smoke, sanity, API, and performance testing, create clear and structured test documentation, and directly influence the quality and stability of our backend systems. You will be responsible for requirement analysis and testing, writing test documentation, conducting all types of testing at different stages of the SDLC, A/B Testing, and regression testing. You will also participate in the decomposition and estimation of technical and business features, collaborate with developers and product managers, and investigate support tickets.
