We're hiring a Recruiting Ops Contractor to overhaul and optimize recruiting systems. This is a high-impact operator role where you get in, fix, and scale recruiting processes. You will design processes that move 10x faster than legacy recruiting and equip the team with tools to execute at speed.

As Head of Engineering, QA, you’ll build QA from the ground up—owning strategy, automation, and execution, ensuring the AI medical employees are safe, reliable, and high-performing. This 0→1 role involves setting standards, scaling automation, and growing a team.

Own controls across SOC 2 Type II, ISO 27001, and HIPAA, keep live evidence green and ensure continuous audit readiness. Run identity & access lifecycle across IdP, AWS/GCP/Azure, and critical SaaS, drive least-privilege and quarterly reviews. Triage and drive security engineering work with Eng leads, manage backlog, SLAs, and closure.

We're looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer with 5+ years of experience in DevOps, security engineering, and compliance frameworks. You should have a strong emphasis on building and maintaining secure, scalable, and compliant infrastructure from the ground up. You should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, iterating rapidly, and taking ownership of critical systems to ensure security, reliability, and compliance.

Translate existing manual/Excel test cases into automated Playwright + API test scripts. Maintain test frameworks and keep automation stable as the codebase evolves. Integrate tests into GitHub Actions pipelines with reporting and alerts. Investigate failures, fix flaky tests, and improve test resilience. Build dashboards to visualize test coverage, pass/fail trends, and defect patterns for the team. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering to align test coverage with release priorities.

You’ll partner directly with our Head of Engineering and Co-Founder/CEO to architect and execute the processes, governance, and tools that enable our AI-driven clinical Agents platform to scale.
