Product Lead

As one of our first Product Leads, you will be the visionary behind our Agentic AI product strategy and execution. You’ll be a hands-on leader who doesn’t shy away from rolling up your sleeves to work alongside engineering, design, and customer teams. In a fast-paced startup environment, you will spearhead product innovation, drive rapid iteration, and ensure that our product remains the market leader in healthcare AI. You'll define and execute product strategy aligned with Sully.ai’s mission and growth objectives. Lead the discovery, design, and delivery of cutting-edge features that solve real-world healthcare challenges. Actively engage with product development—prototype, test, and iterate quickly alongside cross-functional teams. Partner with Engineering, Data Science, Sales, and Marketing to integrate market insights and accelerate product development. Oversee the entire product lifecycle—from ideation and development to launch and scaling—ensuring we consistently exceed market expectations. Represent Sully.ai at industry events and conferences, sharing our vision and establishing our thought leadership in healthcare innovation.
