Senior Software Engineer

We are seeking a Senior Software Engineer to accelerate the development of Sully.ai’s Receptionist Agent. This role will focus on boosting auto-scheduling reliability, improving conversational flow, and ensuring seamless EHR sync across SMS and other channels. You’ll collaborate closely with product, design, and clinical experts to build features that remove friction for patients and providers while upholding the highest standards of engineering quality. Key responsibilities include building and optimizing scheduling algorithms, enhancing conversational flows, integrating SMS and EHR systems, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and writing high-quality code. Ideal candidates will have 5+ years of software engineering experience, strong coding skills in Python or Node.js, and experience with APIs, data pipelines, and distributed systems.
