Head of Integrations

Own the strategy, design, and execution of all platform integrations that connect Sully.ai's AI medical employees with major EHRs, partner APIs, and healthcare data standards. Build and scale a high-performing team, work closely with Product, Clinical, Security, and Customer Success, and ensure integrations are robust, secure, HIPAA compliant, and loved by customers. Key responsibilities include defining and driving a unified integrations strategy, leading design and development of core connectors, establishing CI/CD, observability, and building SDKs. The first-month focus is to audit current integrations and finalize a 12-month integration roadmap. Solve scalability challenges in a rapidly growing company, driving impactful change in healthcare.
