Own a portfolio of healthcare accounts, ensuring strong adoption and satisfaction. Drive renewals and minimize churn by building trusted, long-term relationships with decision makers. Identify and execute expansion opportunities (upsell and cross-sell) to grow account revenue. Partner with Customer Success and Support teams to deliver seamless onboarding and ongoing value. Provide customer insights and feedback to Product and Engineering to shape roadmap priorities.
