CSCI is looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Software Quality Assurance (QA) Tester to join our Quality Assurance team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts using UFT (Unified Functional Testing) for a large-scale software application and various testing projects. Your work will directly support our mission to deliver high-quality software solutions by reducing manual testing efforts and enhancing automation practices.

We are looking for a full time Quality Assurance Engineer to join our Amsterdam team remotely, cross-functional software development teams, which will build the software that powers and improves our platform of educational tools. The key to the QA role on our teams is  being a divergent thinker with a curious mind - a collaborator with developers in building great software.

We are looking for a dynamic, passionate, and assertive Team Lead, Quality Assurance (QA) who will be responsible for leading our QA team and guiding our engineering teams to ensure that quality standards and procedures are met and aligned with customer expectations. They will oversee planning, estimation and execution of Software Testing activities for our platforms as well as identify and implement process improvements to increase the efficiency, effectiveness, and quality of company operations.

Working alongside the Test Manager and Test Leads, the Test Analyst is responsible for analysing application requirements and design documents, developing test plans and protocols that comply with business guidelines, executing tests and document results, and defect management to ensure any software rollout is technically fit for purpose, and meets operational/business needs.

The QC Tester ensures that all game features are thoroughly tested to meet quality standards before integration. Focusing on the functionality and performance of game features, the QC Tester plays a key role in delivering a seamless user experience and supporting the successful release of the product.

Assess & improve software quality through manual and automated testing. Work directly with Engineering and Product to deliver high quality features to clients. Work cross functionally to participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from planning to execution of tests. Execute test cases and analyse results, evaluate product code, identify test scenarios, and review test results.
