The Renewals Manager drives the successful renewal of existing customer contracts, maximizing customer retention. This role identifies upsell and cross-sell opportunities and ensures a seamless renewal process. Responsibilities include negotiating contracts, forecasting, and improving processes to achieve renewal targets.
The role involves working with account teams to produce reports and analyses, including ROI and retention analyses. You will develop custom reporting dashboards, managing data collection processes and procedures. The role includes supporting teams in reporting and analysis, from Excel training to explaining analyses.
Lead a team of Senior CSMs responsible for the day-to-day customer relationships and success planning, driving product adoption, Segment usage, customer satisfaction, and advocacy. Act as the point of escalation for our largest and most complex customers, forming advisory relationships with our customer champions and executive sponsors.
