About the Role:
- Run agile delivery for U.S. core banking conversions inside a fixed vendor-driven timeline.
- Own cadence, RAID log, and readiness while protecting the team from external churn.
What You Will Do:
- Manage sprints and backlogs in Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps across conversion workstreams.
- Facilitate agile ceremonies and report status to steering committees with clear go/no-go checklists.
What You Bring:
- 4+ years as Scrum Master or delivery lead; strong stakeholder communication in B2+ English.
- Experience coordinating cross-organization dependencies and raising risks early.
