Key Responsibilities:

  • Own the full agile ceremony lifecycle, including standups, sprint planning, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
  • Proactively remove impediments, escalate blockers, and manage dependencies across teams and partners.

What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ years of Scrum Master or agile facilitation experience with a delivery team.
  • Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent, with strong Jira and Confluence proficiency.
