Job Responsibilities:
- Facilitate agile delivery end to end: sprint planning, daily stand-ups, reviews, retrospectives, and backlog refinement.
- Work with project leads to translate strategy, priorities, and team resources into executable sprint and release plans.
- Remove impediments, coordinate dependencies, and use delivery metrics to continuously improve team performance.
Job Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience in agile delivery, Scrum Master, or agile project/program management roles.
- Active Scrum Master certification (PSM, CSM, or SAFe Scrum Master) and deep command of agile frameworks.
- Proficiency with agile delivery tooling such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps.
