Lead agile delivery at enterprise level across multiple teams and business functions.
Shape and mature agile practices, coaching teams and leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Partner with product and business teams to ensure iterative value delivery and alignment with strategic priorities.

Day-to-Day:

Manage agile solution development and delivery, moving teams toward iterative and rapid value delivery.
Foster an agile solution delivery mindset and train the organization on agile methodologies.
Facilitate scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, retrospectives, daily stand-ups, and sprint reviews.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
Minimum 15 years of professional experience in software engineering, project management, and data execution.
Minimum 3 years of practicing agile scrum master experience and 5 years in solution delivery leadership.
