The Role:
- We're looking for a Senior TA Partner to own complex, specialized searches in our Cybersecurity/GRC and Salesforce ecosystem practices.
- You'll partner directly with client hiring managers, run full-cycle searches for senior and hard-to-fill roles, and help shape how our team uses AI across sourcing, screening and evaluation.
What You'll Do:
- Own full-cycle recruiting for senior technical roles, from intake through offer and handoff.
- Lead intake calls that translate client needs into precise search criteria.
- Use Claude and similar tools to accelerate JD creation, candidate summaries, and interview prep.
What You Bring:
- 6+ years in technical recruiting with meaningful agency, staffing or RPO experience.
- Proven track record in Salesforce or Cybersecurity recruiting.
- Real fluency with AI recruiting tools such as Metaview, Noon or Claude.
- Professional/advanced English and strong knowledge of LATAM tech talent markets.
