What You'll Do:
- Conduct assessments and diagnostic evaluations for children with autism and developmental disabilities.
- Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention and treatment plans.
- Supervise and mentor BTs/RBTs and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
What You Bring:
- BCBA or BCaBA certification and a master's degree in applied behavior analysis or related field.
- Experience working with children with autism or developmental disabilities.
- Strong clinical, interpersonal communication skills, and empathy.
