As a Sr. BCBA, you design and implement individualized behavior analytic programs for children and adolescents.
You maintain a meaningful caseload and contribute to a team culture focused on quality outcomes.

What You'll Do:

Design, implement, and monitor behavior intervention plans and skill acquisition programs.
Conduct functional behavior assessments and supervise Program Managers and students.
Maintain clinical documentation and billing records through CentralReach.

What We're Looking For:

Active BCBA credential in good standing with the BACB.
Experience providing ABA services to children and adolescents.
Strong communication skills and proficiency with CentralReach.
