As a BCBA at AnswersNow, you’ll deliver exceptional 1:1 therapy and parent training. You’ll be part of a team of BCBAs, sharing best practices and receiving case management support. Work with a caseload of 8-9 families/clients, implement clinical programming, provide remote caregiver support, and complete clinical documentation.

Implement clinical programming according to the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis to increase socially significant behaviors and decrease maladaptive behaviors for clients. Provide remote caregiver support and training to parents and other caregivers, plus remote direct therapy to clients.
