The BCBA will operate within Local, State and Federal Regulations as well as adhere to all Frontera policies and procedures.

Provide 1:1 virtual therapy to clients, lead caregiver coaching and support, conduct remote assessments and behavior plans, and ensure quality care through ongoing documentation. Coordinate care and collaborate with our clinical team to reshape autism therapy—while working remotely.

You’ll develop and oversee treatment plans, guiding ABA Therapists, and ensuring high-quality care, using ABA principles to foster growth and development. Provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy for children in in-home and daycare settings, utilizing strong knowledge of ABA techniques and graphing procedures. Lead and instruct therapists while contributing to enhancing the lives of children, with clinical support, respect, training, accommodations, understanding, and camaraderie.
