Key Responsibilities:
- Design, configure, and deploy Agentforce agents in Salesforce FSC to automate advisor workflows and client service activities.
- Develop and optimize agent topics, actions, and instructions using advanced prompt engineer for financial services.
- Integrate Agentforce with MuleSoft APIs and external data feeds to extend agent functionality.
Required Qualifications:
- 2+ years of Salesforce development experience (Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flow).
- Direct hands-on experience with Agenterce, Einstein Copilot, or similar conversational AI in Salesforce.
- Strong knowledge of prompt engineering and LLM behavior in enterprise environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Salesforce AI Associate or Agentferce Specialist certification.
- Familiarity with Salesforce FSC data model and advisor/client relationship management.
