Salesforce CRM Developer (Apex & Agentforce)

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce CRM solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components, Salesforce Flows, and platform configuration.
• Develop reusable Apex services, triggers, batch jobs, asynchronous processes, integrations, and automation frameworks.
• Implement and support Agentforce-related experiences, AI-assisted workflows, and intelligent case or task handling where applicable.

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of Salesforce CRM development experience with strong hands-on expertise in Apex, SOQL, Lightning Web Components, triggers, and asynchronous processing.
• Experience implementing Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud and building scalable automation solutions.
• Familiarity with Agentforce, Einstein, or other AI-enabled Salesforce capabilities.

Additional Information:

• Contract engagement with 100% allocation (40 hours per week).
• Candidates must be located in LATAM and able to work U.S. Central Time hours.
• Remote engagement with expected contract end date of March 31, 2027.
