What You'll Do:
- Manage day-to-day Salesforce administration, user profiles, permissions, and integrations.
- Identify opportunities for efficiency and implement AI-driven solutions to automate reporting and documentation.
- Partner with global stakeholders to build reports, dashboards, and maintain the GTM tech stack.
What You Bring:
- 3+ years of Salesforce administration experience with active Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Proficiency with AI tools like Claude to accelerate workflows and solve complex problems.
- Experience with CRM integrations such as LeanData, ZoomInfo, and Gong.
