This Partner Operations Analyst will work closely with sales, marketing and other cross-functional teams to provide key insights into partner and company performance in a hyper-growth environment. The role ensures that insightsoftware and partner organizations are enabled with the analytical insights, tools, and programs needed to succeed and achieve business goals. You will own the day-to-day needs of the Partner Portal as well as its growth and adoption across partner channels.

Play a key role in enabling sellers to be more efficient, stay focused on winning business and ensure a smooth customer experience upon close of contract. Work with cross functional teams to identify and manage the right mix of tools and processes to assure a healthy pipeline and move opportunities to recognize revenue faster. Proactively identify opportunities to improve the sales process and resolve inconsistencies.

Drive user engagement and ensure that Salesforce is fully leveraged across the organisation.
