Senior software engineers are the key contributor in complex projects and initiatives and are responsible for quality software deliverables as per timeline. They work in a team with other engineers and own/drive development work. They often participate in investigating complex problems and drive resolution and work closely with other technical leaders/architects to provide robust solution.

This role involves leading the development and execution of integrated demand strategies that align marketing, sales, and partner efforts for a specific region. The goal is to ensure healthy pipeline, accelerate lead-to-deal conversion, and drive revenue growth through seamless coordination across the business. You will lead end-to-end regional demand planning and execution, aligning Sales, Marketing, and Alliances to deliver a predictable, qualified pipeline.

As a critical member of the Talent Strategy team, the Talent Strategy Analyst works globally across our organization supporting strategic initiatives that support the short and long-term needs of our organization. Using sound methods and expertise, the Analyst coordinates and manages implementation of initiatives that fuel scalable growth, foster employee engagement, drive productivity, and streamline processes and decision-making.
