Lead and expand Coupa’s rapidly growing Private Equity (PE) Program. This role will drive Coupa’s engagement with the world’s leading Private Equity firms—onboarding new partnerships, deepening existing relationships, and developing scalable value-creation programs that deliver measurable impact across PE portfolios.

As a Customer Value Manager at Coupa, you'll be the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring value realization and program success. You will coach customer teams, communicate updates, and provide a consistent point of contact for other Coupa functions. You will lead customer value metrics workshops, develop roadmaps, conduct reviews, prepare for renewals, and manage relationships, all while sharing best practices and supporting marketing campaigns.
Design and develop effective learning solutions that address knowledge and/or performance gaps for customers and partners. Use core instructional design principles and theories to maximize learning and produce impactful results. Generate scripts, storyboards, and prototypes of training content to be reviewed and approved by key stakeholders.
As a Site Reliability Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the development of solutions for our Enterprise platform, developing applications that provide self-service and increased efficiency to internal customers across Cloud Operations, Engineering, Customer Success & Support, and Customer Value Management. The SRE team is looking for an engineer who is ready to constantly question the status quo with a mixture of system design, code development, deployment, automation, networking, and more.
Contribute significantly by actively participating in the development of an Indirect Sales model, focused on partner-led sales of Coupa Software, supporting and managing 3+ Coupa Partner Resellers to generate indirect pipeline within their existing client base and beyond, generating new pipeline by prospecting into segmented accounts, orchestrating specific field events, and leveraging marketing programs to generate interest.
