Director, Demand Orchestration & Deal Execution

As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Demand Management & Deal Execution to join our team. In this role, you will help set the foundation for the future of demand at Coupa. You will lead the development and execution of integrated demand strategies that align marketing, sales, and partner efforts for your responsible region. The goal is to ensure healthy pipeline, accelerate lead-to-deal conversion, and drive revenue growth through seamless coordination across the business. You will use analytics to monitor performance of demand programs and ensure alignment with revenue goals and pipeline health metrics. You'll develop targeted sales plays and outreach strategies tailored to market conditions and specific business objectives. Also host and facilitate Demand Boards to align stakeholders and ensure ongoing coordination of efforts.
