Job Description
As we continue to grow, we are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Director, Demand Generation to join our team. In this role, you will help set the foundation for the future of demand at Coupa. You will lead the development and execution of integrated demand strategies that align marketing, sales, and partner efforts for your responsible region. The goal is to ensure healthy pipeline, accelerate lead-to-deal conversion, and drive revenue growth through seamless coordination across the business.
Lead the demand process, including planning, coordination, and analysis for your region. Leverage data and analytics to track the performance of demand generation initiatives, ensuring that sales teams have a healthy and predictable pipeline of qualified opportunities.
Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Alliances, and other teams to develop a coordinated and integrated demand plan that meets business goals. Develop tactical sales plays and outreach cadences tailored to specific targets and aligned with business needs. Monitor and analyze market trends, customer behaviors, and the competitive landscape to inform demand planning. Host Demand Boards and planning activities to track progress and align the ecosystem on demand efforts. Understand areas of strength and weakness across relevant solutions. Track performance and progress of demand efforts to ensure alignment with pipeline health metrics. Provide proactive insights to leadership on demand planning, forecasting, and execution. Foster a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and excellence across the demand ecosystem to enhance processes and tools.
