What you’ll be doing:
- Configure and manage core Salesforce functionality to align with business requirements.
- Maintain data integrity and security by managing user access and performing data cleanup.
- Provide timely support for Salesforce inquiries and troubleshoot issues.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of Salesforce experience, including Sales Cloud and Experience Cloud.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Flow and reports/dashboards.
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
