Salesforce Technical Consultant (Contracted Role)

Position Summary:

• Serve as GFC's primary Salesforce technical resource for the Nonprofit Cloud org used by 85 users.
• Support three hosted initiatives and an Experience Cloud portal serving 800 users annually.
• Report to the Vice President of Operations and Governance as a part-time contracted role.

Key Responsibilities:

• Platform Administration and Configuration: manage day-to-day maintenance, governance, and release management.
• Data Management, Security, and Reporting: conduct audits, enforce standards, and support advanced reporting.
• Automation and Integrations: build Flows, custom code, and API integrations, with thorough testing and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of Salesforce administration experience with advanced Flow, security, and data modeling expertise.
• Experience with Nonprofit Cloud or NPSP, plus familiarity with nonprofit grantmaking and fundraising processes.
• Strong communication and project management skills, with ability to coordinate across global time zones.
